Sue founded the Fred Outa Foundation in 2005 after volunteering with Fred Outa in 2004. During her 10 year tenure as president of the foundation, Sue was responsible for raising awareness through her annual fundraiser, Concert For Africa, and partnering with Northbrook School District 28 as a Sister School.

Joli Fridman, President
Joli has been working with the foundation for many years, she became president in 2015. Joli is passionate about positively contributing to better the lives of the orphaned children in Kenya. Joli lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two daughters.

Ruben is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and CFO of a consumer finance company. He is able to leverage his expertise in finance to serve as treasurer of the foundation.

Maya Fridman, Director of Student Global Awareness and VP Fundraising
Maya founded our Student Global Awareness program, which raises awareness of global education disparities and connects U.S.students with students in Kenya through both a letter-writing program and sponsorship. Maya also has been a dancer for most of her life and helped organize and performed in a large dance show fundraiser.

Kenyanito is the principal of Spurgeon's Academy in Nairobi and works closely with the foundation board members. He works tirelessly for the students and selflessly dedicates his life to helping the children of Kibera slum.
